I can do everything through him who gives me strength. -Philippians 4:13 NIV
This verse came to mind as I was thinking about going back to work today. I was looking forward to returning to work, but a little nervous about the transition from just plain "momma" to "working momma." I have been with Bella 24/7 for 6 weeks so leaving her during the day was a little difficult. A few tears were shed. :) I really did have a great day. I was happy to be back at work. Everything went well for me and Bella did great her first day at daycare. Daddy picked her up and I think that was a little special treat for her. I was praying that the Lord would give me strength...and He did. The Lord is always faithful! I am learning to trust Him more and more each day.

Our Thanksgiving Feast
I know I am a little late, but I wanted to post some pictures of our delicious Thanksgiving Feast and the cook who prepared it. Thanks mom! Oh, and thanks Jess for making the dressing. As you can see (kind of) we had turkey, ham, mashed potatoes and gravy, baked corn, noodles, asparagus, dressing, and dinner rolls. It never fails...we always have way too much food. For dessert we had amazing pumpkin pie. For some reason we never have enough of that, Dad!! Well, hope you all had a great Thanksgiving spending time with family and friends.

Bella meets Grandpa Miller & Uncle Eric
Thanks Mom!!! (Grandma Miller)
Well, Grandma Miller has left VA and now it is just the 3 of us. Grandpa Miller and Uncle Eric were here to visit this last weekend and meet Bella for the first time. Sadly, they left on Sunday with Grandma. : ( Today was the first day alone with Bella after 3 weeks of my mom being here and fortunately, it went well. Hopefully we will be able to keep the house as clean and organized as my mom kept it. She was such a huge help!! I am not sure what I would have done without her. I know I wouldn't have an organized desk, closet, laundry room, pantry, or dining room if she wouldn't have been here. Those are just a few things that she did. : ) She also made us dinners and took us out to eat too. Thanks Mom for all you did for us. You were an organizing and cleaning machine! I am not sure how we can ever repay you for everything you did and the help you were to us. Thanks for loving us as much as you do!! We love you very much and appreciate all you have done for us these past couple of weeks. You may come visit anytime you wish. : ) Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Oops...Sorry Mommy!
Has anyone ever peed on you?? Well, this wasn't the first... Eric... but it was the first in recent memory. Bella apparently couldn't hold it and as you can see ended up on me. I guess this is part of being a mom and I need to get used to it. I thought it was rather funny and couldn't believe that she had soaked through her clothes, a blanket, and me!!
Our first walk around the block
